Manager Randi Jo Hartman, an insurance professional for over 30 years, decided to become an insurance professional after working in the Rio Grande Insurance family agency during her summer breaks.

Mrs. Hartman held positions as Regional Operations Officer for Willis’ California & Arizona regions and as Executive Vice President of Operations of USI’s Rental Specialties branch. Throughout her career, she has experienced every arm of the brokerage from underwriting and claims to service and sales.

She holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), which is a nationally acclaimed professional designation program for property-casualty insurance professionals and is earned by successfully completing five intensive CIC institutes including: commercial property, life and health, personal lines, agency management, and commercial casualty. She is active in her community through the local Chamber of Commerce.
